For several years, NATACS has maintained the cost of fingerprint collections. As costs have increased, as of May 13, 2008 NATACS has had to increase the fingerprint collection enrollment fee for the Alien Flight Student Program (AFSP). The fees that the AFSP candidate will pay to use a NFCC Certified Collector will now be as follows:

Collection within the US: $99.00
Collection outside the US: €149.00

For every AFSP fingerprint taken outside the US, the collector reimbursement will now be $20.00 US. Collection reimbursement taken within the US will continue to be $15.00 US.

The enrollment process for this program has not changed. The AFSP candidate is still required to choose a collection site at www.tsc-csc.com/printoffices . If a NFCC Certified collector is chosen, the AFSP Candidate must pre-enroll. The candidate must input initial demographic / program information, and form of payment. Once the form of payment is accepted, the AFSP candidate will continue to complete the required demographic data. After all demographic data is completed, the individual can then print the control form, and continue to fingerprinting.
